Welcome to the conclusion of your Club Connect overview. As we complete this program, our Club leadership would like to say that you’re the reason Sweetwater is more than a place to play — it’s a place to belong!
As you know by now, what makes Sweetwater special isn’t just the 36 holes of championship golf, the year-round racquet matches, or the fun-filled social calendar.
The Sweetwater Life is built on connection and friendship. Every new member makes our community stronger, bringing more warmth, energy, and friendship to every corner of the Club.
Now, we’d love your help in sharing this spirit. As new enhancements roll out and another exciting season begins, this is the perfect time to invite the people who matter most — friends, family, neighbors, and colleagues — who would feel right at home here.
Our new online referral system makes it easy. Share a name, and we’ll take it from there. Your referral doesn’t replace the membership process — it simply ensures that the people you trust get warm and personalized welcomes.
Together, let’s grow the community that makes Sweetwater thrive. The best part? Every new member means more great people to share the fun, the friendships, and the future of the Club.
Membership Director Emily Ford will reach out to the person you recommended within one business day to let them know that you’ve personally suggested them for membership consideration.
They’ll receive an invitation to learn more about Sweetwater and, if interested, to schedule a personal tour. Should they choose to take the next step, we’ll ensure the experience is as seamless and welcoming as the Club itself.
If they don’t complete the information request form or choose not to respond, we won’t pursue the invitation further.
If the person you recommend accepts the invitation to learn more and decides to pursue membership, we’ll provide them with all the necessary details and share the good news with you.
