Movement is at the heart of the TPC Houston experience. From the first morning stretch to the final evening swim, our Fitness and Aquatics programs keep members energized, inspired, and connected.
Inside the Fitness Center, the pace never slows — strength training, cardio, basketball, and specialized golf fitness programs keep every level of athlete engaged. Group classes like yoga, Pilates, and high-energy GroupX sessions add rhythm and balance to the week, guided by expert instructors who make every session personal.
Beyond the gym, the energy flows poolside. Our Surfers Swim Team brings summer to life with spirited swim meets. At the same time, adults enjoy year-round lap swimming, Aqua Aerobics, or simply relaxing under the Texas sun with a favorite drink in hand.

Smart Sports Support & Training
Fitness goes beyond reps and routines — it’s about moving better, feeling stronger, and performing at your best. Our Fitness Center combines elite equipment from Cybex, Life Fitness, and Hammer Strength with advanced mobility tools like TRX, BOSU, and stretch bands for a complete, functional workout experience. From full-court basketball and racquetball to high-intensity cardio and guided strength training, every workout is supported by certified professionals who know how to turn goals into gains.
